Drilled hole in electrical wire in concrete wall

Terribly clumsy!!!

I walked right into the electrical cable so the circuit breaker tripped. Now turned off the relevant fuse. The question is what this will cost. Do they drive up to where my hole is, repair one end of the electrical cable, splice it to the electrical outlet, and then voilà!?

If everything goes to hell, you drive, but hopefully it works just to rewire, and even if you do drive, you rewire between the boxes. No joints in the wall
