Drill round hole for drainage in metal sheet, which tool?
Which tool is most suitable for drilling holes for 110mm drainage? It needs to go through a floor where there is a built-in old folded metal roof (the room was previously a recessed balcony). Are there hole saws that can handle metal?

If it's not visible, you might be able to use a reciprocating saw with a metal blade, or a jigsaw. Then use a regular hole saw to get an even hole where it is visible.
