Hello,
I am going to build an interior wall to divide a long narrow bedroom into a slightly shorter room + closet. However, I don't want to damage the parquet floor, so I've thought of attaching a metal track at the bottom with double-sided tape to the floor. If the floor moves a little and there is a minor crack in the erected wall, that is okay.
I've searched here and on Google without success.
What tape should I use?
