What drill do I use for a security door?
A combination of drills can be wise. If it is a wooden door, there are often plates a bit inside, so start with wood and switch to metal. Drill through with a small drill bit first so it doesn't splinter on the backside.
The easiest way to get the correct answer is to contact the manufacturer.
If you just write security door, there are too many different variants to guess.
But if you have a magnet drilling machine with the appropriate size for a peephole and steel on the outside/inside, that is a good start.

a peephole is 16-19mm

Pilot drill/pre-drill then a step drill from both sides should work, if you have any sheet metal or reinforcement further inside the door that the step drill can't reach, you should use a hole saw for that.
