There's a lot of truth in that.
Not everyone has the same relationship with email and response forms on, for example, the web, but considers what is not talked about as spam.
It's strange because a craftsman should be able to work more undisturbed and continuously if communication didn't happen with random incoming phone calls.

Sometimes it doesn't work to call, meaning they never answer.
