I'm installing vertical tongue and groove paneling in a room. Passing through many doors, and even a balcony. I'm placing it around the entire room. In which direction should I install it? I've started from one corner to the balcony. But how do I proceed in the same corner but in the other direction, continuing around the room, so to speak? Do I start with the part without the bead again, or does it have to go in the same direction, so to speak? Does anyone understand my question? :)

Probably doesn't matter in the end. It's probably just the perfectionists who draw details in everything.

Why should you change direction?
Place in the same direction around the entire room. First board's groove towards the corner, or a door frame.
Nail in the groove/tongue with finishing nails, then the next board, and so on. Around the entire room.
NOTE: Let the boards lie indoors in the heat and dry for a while, so they don't shrink apart once they are installed.
(Advice from my own dismal experience)
