I have an isoleca frame with a plastered exterior and untreated interior. Now I want to build a cavity with OSB+gypsum to 1. simplify pipe installation 2. get a smooth wall surface for wallpapering/painting 3. make it easier to attach things to the wall.

How should the framing be constructed and what materials should be chosen?
My idea is (from the leca) wind barrier - metal studs - wind barrier/vapor barrier? - OSB - gypsum
What type of wind barrier should be used and in which direction should it be oriented if it has different permeability?
Should plastic be used anywhere?
Horizontal or vertical studs?

Thanks in advance
