I wonder what dry and moist wood actually weigh? The density of dry wood is about 500 kg/m3 according to tables, but what does wood that is exposed to rain and moisture outdoors weigh? Is there a difference in moisture absorption/density between painted and pressure-treated wood?
Does the density exceed 1000 kg/m3?
I am planning to build a door with 96 mm horizontal panel boards.
 
I'm wildly guessing now! But if you assume that a damp wooden plank still floats, then the density must be below 1000kg/m3 (provided that the shape is like a plank). Although wood can sink if it is thoroughly soaked, in these cases, it barely sinks, so if by wood you mean pine or spruce, I believe the density is well below 1000kg/m3; if the wood is that wet, then you probably have significant problems.

Of course, the density of wood varies significantly between different pieces. You can feel yourself how different studs can weigh very differently.
 
Logically, the density of wet wood cannot reach 1000 kg/m3.

We know the density of wood is lower than that of water, and assuming that some amount of wood remains in the construction, the density will thus be below 1000 kg/m3; otherwise, we only have water left, and it must remain at 1000 kg/m3. Otherwise, you have discovered a new water with a higher density :-)

Do we? What do you base that on? I've seen wet wood sink, anyway.
 
As I understand it, ts means moist wood, not wet as if it were lying in the lake.

The wood that weighs 500 kg/cbm in a dry state weighs a maximum of 600 kg/cbm outdoors on, for example, a door.

Wood can sink; I've personally bought such timber that has been lying at the bottom for a long time and used it as carpentry wood, both birch and pine.

T-G-B... If you look in any table to see what your tree species weighs (dry) and then measure the moisture content in what you have, you can calculate how much more it weighs. It seems like measurements are taken at about 15-20% moisture and in kg/m3 when dry.
