Hello,
I am planning to build a storage shed with dimensions 2.7*5.1m and I am wondering what you think about the floor framework. I have the idea to build a frame using pressure-treated 45*120 with crossbeams in between at 60 cm centers.
Regarding the width of 2.7m, the question is whether I need an extra support beam in the middle, also on foundation blocks, to avoid floor sagging.
Or is my initial plan with the frame and crossbeams sufficient?
I should add that it will be a garden shed for a lawn mower, snow blower, wheelbarrow, rakes, shovels, bikes...
