I have 30 posts on the terrace 70x70 that
need to be trimmed so they are exactly the same height and the cut is straight since I will be placing a top rail on them.
I would gladly receive smart tips on the best way to do this.

Laser to get the level, then you put a plank on each side and clamp it with clamps. You saw with a sharp handsaw.

Cut a drainage pipe to the right height, slide it over the pole, and bring out the hacksaw.

As above, with a laser for leveling and a good circular saw, it becomes straight and nice. If it doesn't go all the way through, take the fogsvans in the cut and saw the last part.

Same height from what?
From the terrace is easiest, cut a board to the right length and support the circular saw.

If you don't have a laser, bricklayers' string or chalk line works excellently, I usually cut with a circular saw but it can be done by hand as well.

Thanks, I don't have a laser though, but it could be a reason to buy one.
