Crack in newly painted wall

I just renovated my apartment and the walls are newly painted. After replacing the door/frame, I got cracks in every wall. Everything is new to me and I need help. Should I just spackle anew and paint again, or is something more needed? This concerns lättbetong.

When the frame was replaced, there were some movements in the wall, which led to cracks. I would apply some fine filler, sand, and paint.
