Hi,

I live in a house that is currently 9 years old and largely has a single-step sealed stucco facade. I plan to replace this with a regular wood facade so I don't have to worry about it in the future. My question is how to do this.

The house is a split-level house where the upper part has a wooden frame and the lower part has prefab concrete elements.

I have attached a picture and a pdf showing how it looks today and two alternative solutions I have been considering.
I would love to get in touch with people who have done similar projects.

Thank you,
