Construction of interior walls and intermediate floors
One of the most important things now that we are building an extension is how we ensure low noise levels and high quality in the walls and floor (wood). Of course, we don't want any bounce in the floor. I've tried reading up a bit but also thought I'd ask the question here: how do you think these parts should be built to ensure minimal noise between floors/rooms and bounce in the floor?
We want to be able to screw things directly onto the walls, so some form of plywood or something similar might be good. Or do you have other ideas?

Go to Gyproc.se and check out the Gyproc handbook where you will find everything you need to build sound-proof walls/floors. The wall is preferably built with 70mm steel studs, plywood/OSB, and plasterboard on both sides, fully insulated. Use soft sealing on all connections in the inner layer of boards, which provides approximately 40dB attenuation.
