Yes, what is the idea?
Do you want to start working on making cost estimates for people, or?

If so, there is a plethora of different calculation programs, but regardless of which one you use, it requires some personal experience in construction and understanding how long things take.
In the end, you have to go through and revise the program's estimates to ensure they align with the estimated reality.
