The road to the dream house was significantly longer and more complicated than we could ever have imagined! After countless hours of planning, drawing, and calculating, we got building permission. Yes!! Let's get started! Or not.. The supervisory authority lists a long list of everything needed for a technical consultation and start notice..
We have solved most of it, but we have problems with the construction drawings. How do you make them and who makes them?
A little quick facts:
1.5 floors elevated wall height, built in ytong 365 with a plastered exterior, slab on ground, cast intermediate floor (composite decking), underfloor heating on both floors, standing seam metal roof. We will build it ourselves..
Has anyone built in the same way? Maybe someone who knows a good company that does calculations/drawings? I've searched online but haven't found anyone who seems knowledgeable about this particular building technique
