Two years ago, I replaced my patio roof with one made of twin-wall polycarbonate. The work was done by craftsmen I have great trust in. But now moisture has entered the ends of two sections of the roof. Is that something one should "expect" or was there a mistake made during the installation of the roof? Grateful for help

  • Polycarbonate patio roof with slight discoloration on panel edges, indicating possible moisture issues.
  • Rooftop view showing a patio roof made of corrugated polycarbonate sheets, with a garden and fence visible in the background.
  • Moisture and stains visible on the edge of a clear polycarbonate roofing section, suggesting potential installation or maintenance issues.
Is the strip at the bottom sealed with silicone at the top edge?
