For various reasons, I have shortened a large cabinet door by a couple of cm. This included cutting off one of the two hinge mounting points.

The door is rarely used but should be able to open smoothly. I have no desire to purchase a router just to recess the standard hinge again.

Is there a hinge that can be combined with standard Ikea/blum hinges? The displacement needs to be more or less in the same place so the door doesn't become "skewed" when opening.
Metal cabinet hinge; potential solution for integrating with reduced cupboard door after hinge removal, compatible with IKEA/Blum systems.

Have looked at the ones below? Could it be an idea?
Illustration of a concealed hinge on a cabinet door, showing how it moves the door sideways to prevent collision with adjacent structures. Adjustable metal hinge, silver, labeled "Spare Fico," potentially compatible with IKEA or Blum hinges for cabinet door adjustment solutions.

You can simply drill new holes in a new location. There are drilling templates including drill bits available for purchase at a low cost on, for example, Amazon.

It doesn't make the same motion as the regular one, but it should work. Otherwise, you can buy a 35mm skräpborr for under 100:-

Felt so stupid now, was completely sure you had to mill! What is the name of the drill you guys are referring to? Quality feels irrelevant, just making a countersink in a kitchen cabinet door.

35 mm drill at e.g. biltema, 16-272

Can be found e.g. here [link]
That's recognizable, thanks
Here you need to be steady so you don't drill straight through, smart that variant with stop on
