Coloring concrete

Is there any way to color concrete? I want to do it when mixing it.

Yes. Just add the appropriate pigment.
Do a test run first to ensure it turns out well.

You can buy pigment at the paint store.
Nothing special. As mentioned, just test first to ensure that the cement, which is a strong base, doesn't affect the color.
If you want to fine-tune, you can also choose aggregate (the stone material in the concrete) that matches the color. Or contrast, if you prefer.

I am going to cast countertops for the kitchen. I then want to treat the surface of the concrete in some way.

it MUST be dry pigment, do not use any liquid tinting pastes.

Check out White concrete, available in bags pre-mixed with aggregate. "just add water"

Apparently, you'll get much sharper/finer colors if you use this cement when casting colored concrete...
(White cement + white aggregate = white concrete) + Color pigments
