Hello,

I'm planning to repoint an old brick house and wondering if any hydraulic lime mortar can be chosen for this?

The local building supply store sells Bösarp hydraulic lime mortar in fine and coarse versions, which according to instructions, is suitable for masonry and plastering.

The cellar’s lime plastered walls and joints are completely worn out, so it's just a matter of vacuuming the joints to a large extent.

Outside, I also need to repoint the bricks in the spring and I’m wondering if the forum has any recommendations for mortar?

The house was built in -33, solid brick walls with lime mortar of some cheap quality, southern Skåne.

Regards
