No, I'm not interested in stolen goods. Just too lazy to do my own price comparison. ;o)

Does anyone know where I can get cheap glass blocks?
I don't need that many. You could say it's for a base/foot for a table.

I'm looking for clear glass blocks. Square ones, half squares, and corner pieces.

There are good prices at Bauhaus and Hornbach, around 18 SEK each for regular blocks.

When I looked quickly at Bauhaus in Bäckebol, their price was around 20-30 per block. But I can't swear by it.

Isn't there a used building materials store that offers glass blocks/glass concrete? ???

A little late perhaps, but what the heck...

Some tips when choosing glass blocks:

1) Check the color of the glass carefully. Take a block and compare it with, for example, a white cardboard sheet. Then you can see if the glass is white or green. It might not matter much if you are making a foundation for a table or something, but if you are fitting the glass blocks with, for instance, tiles in a bathroom, then the shades are important.

2) Some types of glass blocks are stamped with a barcode on the edge of the glass block. If you're unlucky, it can show through the (often) white paint that the glass blocks are edge painted with.

Best regards,
/Martin

I'm also really interested in a good price on glass blocks as I need about 500pcs. Does anyone know if I can get a good price somewhere?
