I have searched and read quite a bit about this topic here, but most of it seems to be fairly old posts. Therefore, I would like to hear if anyone has current information (like from the past year) about buying building materials abroad: Poland, the Baltics, Germany. Where have you shopped, how much cheaper was it, and did you pick it up yourself or have it transported home?
Price lists, web stores, and contact information are gratefully received.
What we are primarily looking for is: Sheet materials (particle board, plywood, gypsum), insulation, screws/nails/fittings, windows, paint, flooring, and tiles.
