Cement putty?

I have a large and plastered wall that I would like to make a bit smoother. Previously, I have used Byggmax's rep and fill. But then the surface was considerably smaller.

Does anyone have tips on what I can use to putty this wall? I want it to be able to breathe in case of any moisture penetration from outside. So it must be cement-based. I've considered tile adhesive. But it seems like you have to use primer to get it up? And then it won't be an open wall... :/

Doesn't really seem like you can find KombiRapid around here .. :/
However, I found concrete filler at Jem&Fix. Does anyone know anything about this?

No experience with the product from Jem&Fix. A quick check immediately showed that it ideally should be watered for 72 hours, which KombiRapid does not require. That being said, it doesn't mean it won't work for your needs.
