Cement or concrete or?

Total cement/concrete novice must ask... Which of these should I buy if I'm going to fix the ridge tiles that have come loose?
0101 CEMENT STD. 25 KG  
0102 FINBETONG 25 KG

My ridge tiles are only secured with a nail straight down into the ridge board. Or I'm not sure if I even bothered to do that, as they are still in place after 5 years.
