Ceiling in conservatory

Hi!

I was thinking of covering the ceiling of the uninsulated patio between the rafters. Can I use drywall here? I would prefer a smooth ceiling that is completely white without patterns and seams.

Any other suggestions?

Do you have channel plastic today? If yes, then you shouldn't have insulation directly against the plastic.
