Hi, I live in Huddinge in a row house and have a crack in the ceiling that goes all the way up to the floor on the upper level, so when you walk on it, you can feel that it is a loose piece.
The question is how to deal with it. It is siporex beams.
Do you have to remove the whole block and cast it, or is it possible to reattach it with some repair? Can it be done yourself? Or what type of craftsman should I look for?
I would appreciate an answer.
Crack in a ceiling with loose plaster, revealing underlying damage in a residential building, possibly due to structural issues with siporex beams.
