Hi!
I have removed the joist in a house over 100 years old due to poor maintenance.
I chose to fill up with Leca, lay cell plastic underfloor heating. Now to the question
Can I use eps for the slab? About 7-10 cm thick. 60 m2
Regards

Why do you want to cast a structure with it?A AlbinJO said:
Wouldn't it be better with concrete in terms of both durability and cost...
I'm considering using a concrete truck, but since the truck's chute doesn't reach, it'll be a pump truck. I haven't checked the price for a pump truck yet.J Jansson69 said:
Just wondering if anyone else has done something similar.
You need to cast a structure with reinforcement, so forget the EPS concrete. It's a good filler that provides some insulation but not good in your case. Additionally, you would have to self-level on the EPS, and that will be expensive...A AlbinJO said:
Okay thanks for the answer! Can I use EPS on top of the cellular plastic to even out the level on top of the cellular plastic sheets?J Jansson69 said:
There is a difference of a few centimeters in the bathroom and I have 2 pallets with EPS left. It will have to be a pump truck for this.J Jansson69 said:
