Having lived in my house for 1 year, I found a large hole in the drainage. Tore up all the floors and dug up the concrete slab. It was a wooden beam structure that looked rather worn, so I thought about replacing it. Are there any solutions to cast up to the floor level instead? It is 78 sqm that needs to be built up 130mm. I got a quote from a company for 100,000kr for 100mm EPS and 30mm self-leveling compound. Are there no other solutions? Leca balls, foam plastic, then self-leveling compound? Level out with EPS, then foam plastic and self-leveling compound? Or Leca balls, foam plastic, and 50mm concrete?
Hope someone has some ideas!
