Casting a slab with a wall of leca

Hello, I recently became a homeowner and I am considering building out a wall in one corner to make the house square.

We have started digging for drainage and quickly realized that it is quite wet when we get down to the foundation as the groundwater comes up.
Should I cast the new foundation and start the wall with lekablock when it is still so wet down where the foundation is to be cast, or is that just foolish? As I said, we will drain as soon as the wall is in place and everything around it will then be drained away from the structure.
The casting itself will be reinforced with stone at the bottom and then 10 or 16mm reinforcement which will be drilled into the old house structure to support everything, the same with leka, we will alternate with reinforcement every or every other course to provide stability in the construction.

As I said, is it wise to do this when it is wet, or should it be completely dry when casting the foundation?

we are constantly pumping water out from a larger pit we have dug next to it, so it's just wet, so to speak, but the water is constantly flowing in.

It should probably be fine to cast as long as the water doesn't wash away the concrete.
