Casting a countertop in high summer heat!?

I'm planning to cast a concrete countertop for an outdoor kitchen this week. I know it's not ideal to cast when it's hot, and this week it will be between 25-30 degrees, with the casting location in direct sunlight all day.

However, I will be home all week and can water it constantly. Is it still a bad idea to cast this week? (I'd prefer to get it done now)

No problem. Water the surface, cover with plastic, and then water under and over the area frequently. You can also place the board in the shade.
