Thinking of building a roof for the bikes with a depth of about 230 cm. I want to keep the height of the beams as low as possible due to limited height since there is a window on the wall.
I was thinking of 3 posts made of 2 pieces of 45x95 nailed together and a beam of 145 mm and a length of 3 meters. A wall beam of 45x95 for the roof rafters to rest on.
The question is, what is the minimum dimension I can have for the roof rafters? Planning to have a metal roof on top.

If I understand you correctly, should the span of the roof joists be 230 cm?
If so, you can manage with 45x95, cc 60 cm.
45x70 will probably also hold if the snow load is not too high. But you will likely get a very large deflection on these. Which is why I advise against them.
