Can you tell if the wall is load-bearing?

I'm wondering if it's possible to tell if the wall is load-bearing with the help of these 2 pictures?
The wall is right behind (or below, rather) the ventilation duct.
It's the wall next to the blue line.

How are the roof trusses positioned in relation to the current wall - along with or crossing each other?
