Can the house withstand the winter?

How well does a new building fare standing unheated over the winter? (completely finished externally, but not insulated or with a vapor barrier).

Is there a risk of mold growth and moisture in the framework?

If you don't add any moisture and have the same temperature outside as inside, not much should happen. In the winter, the air is drier than in the summer. When you then continue with the construction, check the moisture content so you don't build in any moisture.

I think it may be sensible to ventilate at regular intervals if possible.
