Hello,

future owner of a single-story cellular concrete house (Siporex) from -61. Need to redo the electricity and plan to add more outlets.

Is it generally "safe" to cut long (4-6 meter) horizontal grooves for conduits in load-bearing cellular concrete exterior walls, or should I opt for surface-mounted cable? Unfortunately, I don't currently have the exact wall thickness.

And what about interior walls, not load-bearing but significantly thinner?

Thank you in advance!

You're only milling to 20mm, so it shouldn't be a problem. Worse with the inner wall, though, but it should be 100mm?!
