We might be building something new. For the third time. Now we're considering industrial technology. It would be fast, cheap, and well-insulated.

We're thinking of prefabricated panels with metal on both sides (corrugated) and 250-300mm of PU in between.
Currently, there are only sections with 120 mm available for purchase.

Foundation: standard slab.

Roof - same sections as the walls. Entire prefabricated sections. However, with an installation cavity underneath.
Construction with steel studs?

If you have corrugated metal on the outside horizontally, you can have it vertically on the inside. Run electrical in the grooves. Connection boxes up in the ceiling?

For the surface, fiber/cement boards and plaster.

What do you think?
