Hello,

I have received window prices from both Estonia and Poland that are very good. From Poland, there is an intermediary in Sweden called byggmaterialpl.se. They also offer other building products that I need. Therefore, I'm considering whether I should dare to order goods from them and thus avoid having to arrange transport from Poland on my own.

Since there is quite a bit of money involved, one always gets a bit nervous... Does anyone have experience with byggmaterialpl or can offer some advice before a possible import?

The URL is probably byggmaterial.pl. However, I have no experience with them.

Yes, that's correct :)

Now this is more general, but I would not shop anywhere that requires advance payment if it involves larger sums of money. I prefer cash on delivery and ensuring that the items are correct and of the right quality.

If they don't agree to that, I consider the risk too great generally.

They don't, because they are just as afraid of non-payment as you are of non-delivery. Now I'm not talking about the middleman mentioned by the thread creator, but in general. They often say you're welcome to pick up your goods on-site and also take the opportunity to pay. That way, no one has to feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, it seems just the right amount of thrilling to have to travel far to pick up a few pallets of leveling compound, or whatever it might be.

I think Fröberg might as well buy a flight ticket for 200kr from Skavsta to Gdansk and do the shopping himself. It will be cheaper that way.

It's always a bit of a gamble, but if it offsets the big win you make, maybe you can take a chance.

If it's items you might want a guarantee for at some point, it can be exciting.
