Building indoor trellis. which wood?
I'm going to build a trellis '80s style for the stairs and I'm getting different advice on which type of wood to use.
Some recommend regular construction timber, planed 34x70 from spruce.
Others say pine.
The lumberyard I'm possibly buying from says I should use pine, since spruce oozes/bloeds resin.
There is a big price difference between the two types of wood, so I need advice from you.
Spruce or pine for the trellis?
How can I avoid oozing or visible knots?

Pine, definitely. Building regulations of spruce are not suitable for carpentry.
I found it here.

Was "quite" expensive I remember. I reacted when I got the invoice anyway.
