Planning to change the facade in the summer and the plan is to add insulation with a västkustskiva on top of the old facade.
What I've been wondering is whether it would be smart to build in something like a 45x70 at the bottom of the facade wall to have a good attachment for a future deck construction, etc.
Good or bad??

Bump...

Hmm... I would probably recommend not attaching the deck to the house... you don't want to risk having water against the facade, no, you should have good air circulation between the deck and the facade. It's better to use foundation piers and let the deck live its own life... :-)

The terrace is also intended to function as a carport (I have a house with a basement on a slope). So there will likely be pillars as well, but is it better to place the beam on the outside of the facade? I'm attaching a picture that might explain better...

According to your drawing and carport underneath. No, but that's just with the information from the drawing.

It feels more solid if you bolt it to the wall with a framework down to a fixed point. Then as I see it, if you're considering that variant, the patio door must be very high?

Yep, it would be one or two steps down to the patio floor if you bolted it to the foundation...
