Building closet doors from regular drywall?

Planning to build a small sloped ceiling wardrobe as storage is no longer enough. The idea is to have doors 2x500mmx1400mm. Is it possible to build with gypsum and reinforce with, for example, 45x45 studs behind? The reason is to make it blend in and because I have some leftover gypsum.

Extremely questionable construction. Buy MDF boards and build with those instead.
