Hello to those who know and understand!
I have a slightly crazy idea, so I want to build a fairly stable storage building (cheap of course) and happen to have access to material in the form of trailer boards of second quality with small defects. Almost cheaper than regular plywood but a bit overkill, one might think.

It will have a post foundation (cheap) with floor boards of 23 mm plywood from the aforementioned material, stable and good

Some insulation under the floor boards about 150 mm with the subfloor unclear what type of insulation material, maybe just air will suffice?
My idea was that these boards would stabilize (panel effect) and allow for simpler construction with fewer studs. Ideally, I would like at least some insulation in the walls, but I have understood that plywood is too dense to place on the outside? Especially trailer boards which are essentially waterproof. So the question is in what order one should think, stud frame with plywood screwed on the outside - or perhaps inside since they provide stability there too. Where is it best to place the insulation and how? Have I got it completely wrong
