Hello,
I would like some opinions on building a deck now in the fall, pros and cons?

Yes, that's true, but purely from a construction perspective, I'm thinking about land and timber if it's something to consider if the temperature is lower. Maybe the timber is cheaper!?

Go ahead! It's probably when casting plinths that it takes longer to cure if it's cold. Timber prices have generally gone down over the year, but there is likely a supply/demand relationship so that the price is relatively independent of the season...

I started laying decking in February last year. What you should keep in mind is to use the recommended c-c measurement and not just lay between the decking boards, as this will likely result in large gaps come spring. I also recommend using tar paper between the support beams and floor joists and between the floor joists and decking boards. It's a bit more cumbersome, but the construction stays dry!
Good luck

Everything depends on how you think and construct a colossus at home Aug-Sept 2020. But when it comes to brothers, we test with minimal timber dimensions with maximum span and with regular timber Sep-Oct. For modern EU regulations make the impregnation liquid comparable to soapy water, regardless of which it should be oiled every year anyway. So it is a test to see and compare the lifespan if one really needs impregnation as everyone talks about.
