I am going to change the floor plan in the house and in connection with this get a wall demolished and build a new load-bearing wall in leca.
What would be a reasonable cost to pay a bricklayer including materials for such work? I have received a quote but it seems expensive.

How long is a piece of string?
Is the old wall also load-bearing? If so, how should it be replaced? Because I assume the new wall will not be in the same place. This cost is impossible to estimate without more information.
How big are the two walls (the old and the new)?
VERY generally, expect half an hour of demolition work per m2 of old brick wall and an hour of masonry work to place a new lecawall. Total, at an hourly rate of 500:- 750:-/m2 Add materials, eight lecablocks at 20:- each, and half a bag of mortar at 50:- per m2 => about 200 SEK per m2
A total of just under 1000:- per m2, assuming the walls are the same size. Estimate with a "typical wall size," 2.5m high, 3.5m long => approximately 10000:-, after ROT 6000:-

The length is about 7 meters and the height is about 2.30 m.
The new wall will have an opening for a sliding door (double door). Unfortunately, I don't have the exact measurements for this yet. Maybe 1.60 m.
The wall should be plastered on both sides.

A beam over the door, material + "a bit of fixing" => 2000:-
Plaster, 25m2, one coat. Six hours + four sacks of mortar => 3100:-
Travel compensation for two days (masonry one day, plaster another), 45 min one-way trip. 1500:-
Total 20000:-
Maybe 13000:- after ROT
If the plaster is to be the surface layer, an additional visit will be required, with six hours of work, total 4000:-
