I have a small question.

I am going to rebuild part of a loft that will be loaded with a desk, wardrobe, and, of course, should be able to support a few people without collapsing.
The span is 2.25 x 2.90m.

I plan to build this with IPE 80 beams with 30 c/c spacing. They will rest on a beam (45x140) that I will attach on one side to 90x90 glulam beams (these make up the 2.25m wall) and on the other side to a load-bearing wall. I plan to cover this with 22mm chipboard and then a parquet floor.

My question is really whether it will hold? Will it be wobbly?
I cannot use thicker wooden beams due to limited space.
