Build inspection hatch

How do you build an inspection hatch in the best way? Ideally, I would like a recessed hatch so that there aren't so many edges. The wall will be covered with plasterboard. How do you deal with the connecting edges on the plasterboard? Is there a thin trim that can be spackled and painted over?

Wouldn't it be easier to buy a ready-made hatch with a frame, just to fit it in, or is it a specific size you're dealing with?

There are ready-made inspection hatches in all possible sizes at most hardware stores?!... I bought one myself last week and they are super easy to install. Then you get a nice hatch..... / M
