Hello,

We have installed new ventilation in the house, and in one of the rooms, I need to build a casing around the ventilation pipes. The challenge is how to make it fit tightly against the ceiling. The ceiling has (?) paneling that is very (uneven). I don't know what this type of paneling is called, but it resembles what you see on many exterior facades where the boards overlap.

Should I use a router to create a groove where I can then place the drywall? It might be tricky overhead, but if that's the best way, then I'll just do it.

Any other tips?

Best regards,

//Andreas
