Currently have a ground source heat pump and washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. This is obviously both bulky and noisy. Considering the possibility of an extension adjacent to the bathroom. Would this become a wet area? Do you need drainage in this room, or can pipes be routed somehow to the bathroom? I'm thinking of a size of about 5 square meters. Anyone have an idea of what it might cost? Windows and nice tiles are not applicable in this space...
