I was thinking of building a houseboat to live on in Lake Mälaren. Find a sheltered spot and anchor it to the bottom. Then when the authorities come, I want to be able to move a few kilometers and anchor it again. So no, it's not for long-distance travel.
 
you should outline how you intend everything to look so that the whole can be assessed and the remaining construction can be used to achieve stability in the entire structure, but have you decided that everything will be built of wood?

so, if you plan to be self-sufficient for a month and have the same consumption as a city dweller, you should have ready-made closed 6 cubic meter tanks, and then you need to compensate for the weight change when you have one tank empty and the other full as everything switches tanks

however, you can definitely reduce water usage by half if you want, but then you're still talking about approximately 100 liters per day, and it sounds like you don't plan to travel long distances to refill water and empty the waste tank often or at all, which makes it an even bigger problem to manage that aspect

so, if you were to build it as a boat instead, you could go to harbors to empty and refill the tanks and possibly charge the batteries, but then you would have to completely rethink how to build the entire structure, and the question of whether you have somewhere to stay during the building process and possibly transport it to Mälaren still remains

I'm currently looking for a place at various boat associations around Mälaren. Once they've launched their boats, there's always plenty of space, and I plan to rent that area for construction. Regarding the water problem, I plan to take up lake water directly and purify it. You probably won't be able to drink it, but you can wash with it at least. The system is not particularly large or expensive.

All greywater will be filtered through an HS bio-box (http://www.raita.com/HS_biologisk_renings_verk.pdf) Dimensions: 370 width x 590 length x 510 height, so it's not particularly large.

Then I will have an extremely low-flushing toilet like Aqua Magic Bravura, which uses about 2-5 dl per use depending on the activity. With that solution, I would use about 1-1.5 liters per day, plus the volume of waste, so a 500-liter septic tank would last about 100 days, which is sufficient for me.

I will get electricity for my boat by using a WhisperGen, which has an efficiency of 90%. This means that for every liter of diesel I use, 90% of that energy goes towards heating water and charging the batteries. Considering that a normal generator has a maximum efficiency of 25%, it's quite efficient. My stove will also run on propane because a Phoenix Easy Plus can't handle a stove.

I don't think that either you or anyone else gains anything from you trying to manipulate numbers. Whispergen has the efficiency you speak of under optimal conditions. Optimal conditions mean that you need at least 6 times as much heat as electricity. Maybe you do on a cold winter day. The efficiency decreases when you need to store the energy in batteries. There are also losses in the inverter. If you have 90% efficiency on a cold winter day and 9% efficiency on a warm summer day, the average efficiency throughout a year will not be anywhere near 90%.

If you're going to be in places where a vacuum truck can come within 30m, there will be no problem with your sewage tank. However, it will cost you 4000 SEK a year. If you are out of reach of the vacuum truck, it will be unfortunate if you are frozen in ice when the tank is full.

You suggest quite a few expensive gadgets you need on board. I am convinced that in the foreseeable future, it will be cheaper to stay at the dock, pay dock rent, and be connected to water, electricity, and sewage from land, but maybe your dreams have nothing to do with economics.

Even if my skepticism might suggest otherwise, I wish you luck with your project, but as I said, I think you should critically examine your calculations for your own sake.

I was referring to the cost of septic tank emptying. It costs about 1100 SEK per time if the volume is up to 3000 l. That's how it works in Nykvarns municipality.

I was wondering what your budget is, and I think it would be cheaper to buy a ready-made houseboat on Blocket than to build it yourself with the expensive things you list that you are going to have.
(There is a catamaran on Blocket located in Uppsala, but the ad is from Gävle, and you can find it when you search for houseboat, and it has been for sale for over a year as I've seen it there, so maybe you can get the price down a bit more than the 300k SEK that they want for it).

Then you wrote that you would have a wind turbine, which is still quite expensive compared to the fact that you don't get more than a few watts when it blows normally on land at that height, as you often have wind protection that dampens the wind speed and thereby drastically reduces the energy, so I don't think it will give you a noticeable energy boost. And the installation you mentioned doesn't seem to have, as I interpret it, such a good energy exchange in the form of electricity, and then you could just as well get yourself a diesel power plant that is water-cooled and then connect a heat exchanger or OK the correct solution with taking the exhaust pipe and placing it in another pipe that you have water in, and then to an accumulator tank, and the same with the engine's coolant and connect the cooler between the tank's bottom connection and the engine and place the cooler in a watertight box you can pump seawater into if it needs cooling, but I don't think it will need so much cooling, but to avoid boiling over the tank. A good diesel generator can give you about 3-4kWh/liter of diesel, and if we say it's optimal, you'll get about 35% of the energy in electricity, and if you capture the heat, you get about 90% from that solution too, but with more electricity compared to heat. But then you should also find a suitable diesel generator that is water-cooled or take a diesel engine from a car and gear it so that it's right with the generator you connect because tractor generators are relatively cheap for their power, but they are also made for around 300-400rpm as they are connected to the power take-off on a tractor. Then you need a motor for it, which you use, and it becomes a slightly noisy solution but not too bad, and then you can get much more electricity if you want and can also connect more car generators so that you can charge the batteries quickly, and then you have sorted out the heating, and as soon as you need heating, you get free electricity as well. And diesel as heating isn't that expensive either, as you only pay under 2 SEK/kWh of heat and around 3-4 SEK/kWh for electricity, so you almost get more energy/SEK than you do with grid electricity if you would have direct heating, but it is also under optimal conditions, so it becomes a bit worse when you don't reach full output, but it can be an alternative.

Then all of that would be easier if it were a real boat with an engine room compared to what you seem to have your mind set on.
