Untidy picture, but I have a studio that I rent out. Everything is good except for the kitchen, which is very basic. There is a microwave and a movable oven that can be used. I will buy a new hot plate that is in better condition than the one in the picture.
What I am wondering about here, however, is building a countertop that can be folded up or down along the wall. Like in the picture. For example, a 40*80 cm shelf that can be folded up and used for cooking and then folded away again, either up or down.
