I wonder if it's possible to use concrete between the bricks to reinforce and make it really solid?

This is for a smaller number of meters.
 
Concrete is not suitable for bricklaying. The aggregate is too coarse even if you choose fine concrete. Instead, use mortar if you want strong joints.
 
If there is too strong use in the joints, there is likely a risk that the stone will crack and not the joint in case of a potential settling... or?
