I wasn't quite sure where to put this question, please move it if it's in the wrong place...
I'm looking for regular bricks (I think that's what they're called). But where can one find them? Is it just a matter of heading to the nearest XL-building or similar well-stocked hardware store and asking, or is it only specialized companies that deal with bricks nowadays? Unfortunately, Google didn't give me much info for once.
What might they cost per piece? I've seen them on Blocket for 3 SEK each, unfortunately about 450 km from my city. Can one expect double that price when buying new?

Sure, they are available at regular construction companies, but it's a bit more expensive and the selection is worse there. Brick companies can be found, among other places, in Högdalen in Stockholm and Brukspecialisten also in Stockholm, and I also saw one in Örebro. We purchased from a brick company when we bought bricks for our chimneys, and it was significantly cheaper. But you'll probably have to call and check.
