brick up basement window with glass blocks??
I'm considering doing it in a room that will eventually become a sauna (the basement). What I'm wondering is how to attach the glass blocks together?? When building, for example, a glass wall, you place some plastic pieces in between and grout with some sort of bathroom silicone, right??!!... but what do you do if you want to place it where an old basement window used to be??
Best regards,

I laid them as if they were regular stones but with special adhesive and then grouted. Crosses were used to maintain the same distance between all.
Well, I mostly did the masonry work and placed the crosses as I went along to get the distances right. Then I placed stainless steel bars as reinforcement in the middle of every three layers to be on the safe side. This reinforcement was also drilled into the sides of the existing wall.
